WHERE RE IS THIS WEEK

Dover, NASCAR
  • Event Info: Dover Motor Speedway April 26 - 28, for speedway and event information click here.
  • Opening Times: Friday 12:00 p.m. | Saturday 9:00 a.m. | Sunday 9:00 a.m.
  • Location: RE will be located in the main vending area.
  • Other Info: Because of regulations set forth by the state of Delaware, RE cannot furnish a bag with your rental. We suggest bringing your own reusable bag to transport your rental once you've collected it. Dover Motor Speedway permits a maximum of two bags per person that do not exceed 18-inches-by-18-inches-by-14-inches.
  • OTA Programming: Fans who own scanners will be able to use them at this event, and OTA programming will be available. See the "OTA Programming" section below for more information and if you are having trouble picking up the OTA signal at the track, put your scanner in programming mode and move closer to our location listed above.

    • Concord, NHRA

  • Opening Times: Friday 12:45 p.m. | Saturday 9:30 a.m. | Sunday 10:00 a.m.
  • Location: RE will be located in the main vendor midway out of Hot Rod Randi’s trailer. 
  • Rentals: Looking to rent for NHRA? Visit Racing Electronics in the main vendor midway at Hot Rod Randi's trailer to rent at the event!
  • Frequencies: If you will be manually programming your scanner or device, click here for frequencies. For information on how to manually program your scanner, see user guides under the "Manual Programming" section below.
  • OTA Programming: Fans who own scanners will be able to use them at this event, and OTA programming will be available at Hot Rod Randi’s trailer in the midway where RE is located.

    • INDYCAR
  • Event Info: Racing Electronics will not be in attendance at IndyCar series events in 2024. The series has chosen a different path with their radio provider this season. Due to this, Racing Electronics will not have access to driver frequencies or be able to provide over-the-air programming at the track. However, scanners that are manually programmed will still work at the track, see user guides under the "Manual Programming" section below for more information.
  • Frequencies: For questions regarding frequencies and obtaining them, click here and select the "RACE INFO" button for the event you are attending. Next, click on the "SPOTTER GUIDE" section and either select "DOWNLOAD SPOTTER GUIDE" or see frequencies above the car graphic of your driver. Frequencies are usually posted the week of the event.
    RENTALS
  • NASCAR: Racing Electronics rentals for NASCAR races must be purchased in advance online. This will be a more efficient way to pick up orders, allowing fans to spend less time in line. No walk-ups will be allowed. Click here to rent today!
  • NHRA: Looking to rent for NHRA? Visit Racing Electronics in the main vendor midway by Hot Rod Randi's trailer to rent at the event!

  • Redeem pre-ordered rentals purchased through the track or on RE's website
  • Purchase retail products that can be used race weekend like scanners, headphones, and accessories
  • Frequency sheets are available for purchase
  • Products we program trackside: RE1000, RE3000, SC230

    • OTA PROGRAMMING

    Save time and skip the line by programming your own RE3000 scanner! Over-The-Air (OTA) programming will be available throughout the track at NASCAR Cup Series events and other select race series events. See below for instructions on how to get OTA programming for your device:

  • Turn the scanner ON
  • Choose the “PROGRAM” option by pressing the key
  • Select “Over The Air” by pressing the LEFT key
  • Wait until the scanner says “PROGRAMMING COMPLETE”

  • Open the scanner application
  • Inside Menu, select Over The Air Update
  • Then select LAUNCH UPDATE button
  • LEGEND Scanner will show “Searching For Over The Air Programming” screen and progress
  • When progress reaches 100%, programming is complete
